Operated services
AHP PROD edits and operates the Tignasse ecosystem, made up of two complementary online services:
- tignasse.fr — professional e-commerce store
- Catalogue: paper books T1 to T23, digital books (BKN), USB drives (BKUSB), combined formats, banners, custom prints, YS-PARK tools, fittings
- Customer account (orders, invoices, addresses, registered salons, Salon subscription, newsletter preferences)
- Payments via the Sogecommerce gateway (Société Générale)
- webapp.tignasse.fr — installable web application (PWA) for consultation, display-only (no account or sign-in)
- Browsing of the digital versions of the Tignasse books unlocked for the partner salon the visitor is in (codes activated by the salon owner or an active Salon subscription)
- Hair image search engine "Trouve ton look"
- Code activation (paper or digital DG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), partner salon registration (free) and Salon subscription management all take place on
tignasse.fr, under «Application Tignasse»
The webapp works without an account: the customer account, salon management and the subscription live exclusively on tignasse.fr. Both services are subject to the same terms of sale and privacy policy.
Hosting and infrastructure
The tignasse.fr and webapp.tignasse.fr services are hosted by:
- Vercel Inc. — 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com): hosting of the web interfaces, functions executed in the European Union (Paris region)
- Railway Corp. — 548 Market St, PMB 68956, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States (railway.com): hosting of the application backend and databases, infrastructure located in the European Union (Amsterdam region)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com): catalogue image storage (R2) and network services

The other technical sub-processors involved in providing the services are listed in the privacy policy (see "Data recipients") and include: Sogecommerce / Société Générale (payment), DPD (delivery), Resend (transactional and newsletter email delivery), Google Maps Platform (address autocomplete and partner-salon geolocation), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot form protection).
Intellectual property
All elements composing the website (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, videos, icons, layout, graphic design) are the exclusive property of AHP PROD or their respective authors, and are protected by intellectual property law.
Tignasse images
All hairdressing images created by Alexandre Pattein, sold through the Tignasse catalogue, remain the moral and physical property of their author.
Editing, modifying, distorting or adding elements to the photographs, without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of copyright (articles L.111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Ownership of the acquired physical medium (print, banner) does not entail any transfer of reproduction or representation rights. Any rental, reuse, or transfer to third parties of the photographs, banners or images without the author's consent is strictly prohibited.
Authorized use
Works acquired from Tignasse are exclusively for public communication at the hairdresser's point of sale (hair salon only), on behalf of the natural or legal person who purchased them. Any other use requires the author's prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
The publisher endeavours to ensure, to the best of its abilities, the accuracy and the updating of the information published on the website, the content of which it reserves the right to modify at any time without notice.
However, the publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on the website. Consequently, it disclaims any liability for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission concerning the information available on the website, as well as for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party that may have led to a modification of the information.
